We Are Not Amazon (And Proud of It!)

At Thrice Great, we believe in quality over speed. Every item is handmade with care, not pulled off a warehouse shelf by a robot. Because we are a small team (and humans who need sleep), we do not ship daily.

Our Shipping Schedule

To reduce our carbon footprint and keep our operations manageable, we ship orders once a week.

• Shipping Day: Wednesday or Thursday.

• Cut-off: Orders placed on the shipping day will be processed the following week.

Domestic Shipping (Within US)

We love that you support handmade goods! To show our appreciation:

• Handmade Items: Shipping is 100% FREE on all handmade products within the country.

International Shipping

We do ship worldwide! However, please note:

• Extra Charges: Due to the rising costs of global logistics, additional shipping charges may be required for overseas orders. You will be notified if there are additional charges.

• Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order hits the mail on our weekly shipping day, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
