Returns

Thrice Great offers its customers a full 7-day money back guarantee on all products sold within the store that are damaged or not as described.  We are not Amazon or Wal-Mart and all sales are considered final unless you receive the product damaged or not in the condition described. You must return your product(s) within 7 days of receiving your order to get credit. Receiving your order is determined by the USPS tracking number. After seven days of receiving the product, all sales are final.  Products must be in new condition or in the condition shipped. Refund will be for cost of the products. Only shipping is non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refund on items lost in the mail will be refunded in full within 45 days of purchase. Customer must email us at orders@thricegreat.com that their package has not been received. Thrice Great will not be held accountable for lost packages that show via the tracking number that they were delivered to the shipping address specified on the order.

Layaway purchases can only be returned for refund if they are defective and no replacement copies are available.

Gift Cards

Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping

We ship out all handmade art within 5 days of the order, and all packages are shipped with tracking information emailed to the customer. 

International Duties and Fees. All duties, taxes and fees collected by the destination country is the responsibility of the customer and not Thrice Great.

Deliveries 

All packages that show delivered via tracking to the correct address will not be refunded if customer states package wasn’t received.

Handling / Insurance Fees: All packages over $250 will require signature confirmation. All packages over $500 will require insurance. These costs will appear as Handling / Insurance Fees at checkout.
